The grooming industry is a rapidly growing venture, and without dog grooming shears, it would not be able to exist at all. No groomer can perform his or her job without the use of shears. Although bathing and nail care are a part of performing grooming services, trimming and cutting of a dog’s coat are the main reasons people take their pets to groomers. Whether the groomer is just trimming the hair around the ears, or shaping the hair around the eyes or on the tail, none of these things would be possible without the most important tool they own, professional dog grooming shears. It is important to keep your shears sharpened and sanitized. It is also important to keep the blades oiled and well maintained to get the maximum usage of your shears.

Dog Grooming Shears: Where Would the Industry Be Without Them?
April 29th, 2011Italy
April 28th, 2011If I could go to any country for free, I’d go to Italy. My father’s entire heritage is Italian, and I want to see where his family came from. I want to walk in their footstep and live the way they did. My heritage is very important to me, and I strive to keep it alive by doing a lot of genealogy in my free time. I’ve found his ancestors and where they lived. The only thing left to do now is go to where they were. I’m working on fine tuning my Italian language in hopes that one day I’ll be able to go to Italy.
My Last 60 Minutes
April 25th, 2011If I had 60 minutes left to live my life, I would spend it doing the most dangerous things I could think of. I would skydive; fly a plane; play in traffic; go free running; and light things on fire. I would probably also spend a majority of that time with the people I love because I would obviously never see them again. In my final moments, I would form a human chain with my friends and my lover, and we would jump in the air when the earth finally ended. We would be the survivors, even if only for a moment before we also perished.
One with the Universe
April 22nd, 2011I never really feel like I need to get in touch with the universe or nature. Living on Earth means I have a new opportunity every day to go out and appreciate this great planet. It has sustained life for billions of years, and some people take advantage of that by building and expanding cities until there isn’t a hint of green left. Every summer I take a hike on a nature trail to see all of the beauty that the Earth has; the beauty that cannot be destroyed because it is protected (state/national parks, etc). Nature is beautiful and I love every bit of it.
