Childhood Play

March 14th, 2011

My most favorite childhood play is “Catching Game”. I play this with all my neighbor friends. I like this game both as a runner and catcher. The reason I liked it at that time is because I would be the last one to get caught. Also as a catcher I used to run fast in a zip-zap way and catch everyone in the team very fast. So my friends used to applaud me for being best in this game. So in order to get their applause frequently I always prefer playing this game and as I frequently played this game it also became my favorite.

One and only book that just changed my life at the age of 30 is “The Yoga of Siddha Boganathar” by T. N. Ganapathy. The reason being that, the book not only teaches the physical yoga for physical fitness, but also certain mantric, tantric yogas for mental fitness. Boganathar is a saint whose life history has been explained in this book. Through his life history the author explains the practical tactics to manage people around us. I consider this book as my world’s best gift, as I managed to overcome my “short temperedness” and anxiety disorder after following this book.

Favorite Time-Pass

March 7th, 2011

I prefer watching reality show if I have time to spend in front of a television. The reason I prefer reality show is because, it is something like I am not fooling myself. In other words, when I watch any drama other than reality show, it appears to me as if its no way related to my current living habits. At the end of these dramas I am either depressed or anxious or fearful. Whereas, when watching a reality show, it just leaves no residue, of any of the above three symptoms. Rather I get updated of the current issues politely. Moreover the highlight of these reality shows is that, the show never ends without any solution to the problem discussed.

Shopping Within Budget

A person spending at a mall solely depends on the current requirements. With no any specific requirements and if I am given $500 to just spend shopping, I would first go to food court to boost my energy for walking around the mall. Then the shop I would enter is to buy home/office decoration items. I would buy as much as I can, the decorations made of glass, porcelain etc.. Will never prefer items made of Plastic or rubber. I would then go for buying plants that can be grown in-house. If I still have money to spend on I would prefer buying cosmetics and dresses.
