The start of something new! 2011 will mean I will be moving out of this apartment to a new place. This new place will probably be in the same compound however. My lease I signed ends sometime around August and I’ll be looking for a new place to live. It’s nice to start fresh and come-a-new at times. On top of that, I have some musical equipment coming in the mail soon. I’m very much looking forward to using it because I’m a musician. Finally, I will finish my writing diploma this year. That should give some fulfillment and the satisfaction of getting a project done.

Turn Over that New Leaf!
February 12th, 20112010: of what I can remember
February 9th, 2011On my “what I liked least about the year 2010” list; is my crippling condition which limits my activities. My medical condition affects my ability to get out and about which in turn weakens the amount of quality time I have visiting friends. What I liked best about last year (2010) was my Christmas holiday to Trinidad and Tobago and visiting family! As good as that was, it was nice to come back to Iowa at the end, and to take a break from being with my parents all the time. More best stuff has to include buying some good games for my play station.
My Lucky Day
February 4th, 2011One million dollars to give to a charity would probably make me chose DLF or The David Lynch Foundation as my choice to donate to. This option was partially decided on because I don’t know of many charities. But I believe in what he is doing: helping students financially with the Transcendental Meditation initiation fees. And being a transcendental meditation practitioner, I find it is a helpful, and meaningful charity. Being a transcendental meditation practitioner since the age of 4 makes me choose this as my charity to donate one million dollars to. Please remember though, that I have not much knowledge about the different charities out there.
Toyota Echo: Pros&Cons
February 2nd, 2011The car I currently drive is a Toyota Echo. Mostly, I like it. Well, it’s silver. Which is nice. Most importantly it drives well and can take me over long distances when needed. My dislikes are few. My dislike is that it makes too much noise for me while I’m driving on a highway and I can hardly hear my music. Music is essential for highway driving in my opinion. So the Echo lost a popularity point there. I’d like to mention; I am satisfied with my Toyota Echo but possibly because it is my first car I ever owned.
