I used to dream I would become an English teacher. When I was 15, I couldn’t wait for the day I would get to teach English to young students, who could grow up to love the language just like I do. I tried to go to college twice, but I got bored quickly and realized this was not the career for me. Right now, I’m looking at different types of jobs, but I know that making people happy is a part of what I’d like to do. I do not need pats on the head repeatedly, but I hope I can make people smile when I find the permanent job I need.

I am lucky to live in one of the best cities in the world, that is Paris, France. Even though the city is very nice itself because of all the monuments and the museums, there are other things that make it a perfect living place for me. For example, I have easy access to most of the things I need, whether it’s groceries or doctors. There is a hospital nearby, and many buses and subway stations. So whenever I need to do something, I can get to where I need to be in a very short time. It’s also a plus in my job search, since I live close to many of the potential jobs I am looking at.

Today I wore a simple white tee-shirt and a pair of jeans. I purchased the tee-shirt for a job interview, but I have used it under a dress for a wedding since. My mother bought the jeans for me for my last New Year’s Eve party, and I feel really good in them. I also included the two pieces of jewellery I always have on me: a bracelet one of my aunts gave me more than ten years ago, and a ring I bought myself on a sad day. I’m a very simple person when it comes to clothing.
